Ben set up Mago Capital in March 2024 with Aaron Gottdiener. Ben brought extensive experience to the partnership, having previously served as a VP of the Margulies family office, whose real estate investments total in excess of $250MM. Ben spearheaded the family’s investments in the UK, developing a deep understanding of prime London real estate.

Aaron is a seasoned real estate investor with a proven track record of successfully executing complex development projects across Europe and the United States. Aaron led the acquisition and repositioning of over 3,000 multifamily units within two years, significantly expanding the Gottdiener family office’s operations in the US. Aaron also oversaw extensive capex programmes across the Portfolio, enhancing property values and increasing rental income.
